To book any event or expedition organised by Add Ventures Unlimited, an advance amount or full payment has to be made prior to the scheduled date.
- For any Weekend Getaway or any event priced at ₹5000 or less, Full payment has to be made at least 2 days prior to departure.
- For any Extended Odysseys, including Motor Biking, Backpacking and Trekking expeditions, the amount can be paid in two installments (Advance amount & Balance amount). For confirmation of the booking, the Advance amount must be paid at least 30 days prior to the departure. The balance amount must made at least 15 days prior the the departure date. (For outbound treks and events, like Nepal and Bhutan, advance amount shall be paid at least 45 days prior and full amount 30 days prior to departure dates).
- For expeditions priced at ₹20000 or less, we require a minimum of 50% of the total cost as advance payment.
- For expeditions priced over ₹20000, we require a minimum of 30% of the total cost as advance payment.
- For any reason, due to no fault of ADD Ventures Unlimited, if you wish to cancel your expedition / event, an Email (email@example.com) or WhatsApp (9035030952) intimation needs to be sent. Cancellation requests are not taken orally. We allow and suggest for transfer of their confirmed seat to someone else instead of cancellation;
- Weekend events –
- 10 days prior to the event – refund* / Voucher**
- 06 - 09 days prior to the event – 50% refund of the total amount / Voucher
- 03 - 05 days prior to the event – 25% refund of the total amount / Voucher
- 00 - 02 days prior to the event – No refund
- Extended Odysseys –
- 45 - 30 days prior to the event – 60% refund of the total amount / Voucher
- 20 - 29 days prior to the event – 45% refund of the total amount / Voucher
- 10 – 19 days prior to the event – 20% refund of the total amount / voucher
- 00 - 09 days prior to the event – No refund
- In case of unforeseen weather conditions, government restrictions or any other unavoidable circumstances beyond the control of Add Ventures Unlimited, certain activities during the expedition or the event itself may be cancelled, or there could be change in the itinerary. In such cases, the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity or a voucher will be handed over (in case of cancellation or rescheduling of event) to the registered participants. However no refund will be provided for the same.
- In case an event is cancelled by Add Ventures for lack of minimum number of people in the batch, refund or Voucher will be provided to the people who had made an advance/full payment. But the organisers shall not be liable to reimburse for any other additional expenses that they might incur with regard to such cancellation.
*Refund will be given after deducting Payment Gateway charges and any other non refundable costs (booking charges and handling expenses).
**Voucher – For some selected events, when repayment of the amount is not possible, we provide for transferable Voucher which can be used anytime within 4 months (for Weekend Getaways) / 1 year (for Extended Odysseys) from the date of issue. The voucher will be sent to the respective email ID.
